Men and Family Relationships (Launceston)
The "Men and Family Relationship Program" (MFR) is part of the Early Intervention Services Program : (EIS).
A program run in Partnership with Anglicare Tasmania, that is offering a wide range of counselling and education options for Men.
Alongside the counselling and group work programs run from the business location, the program undertakes an active outreach element, including 'pub Talks', work site contacts, and Educational "short" programs for men.
The program is currently developing conflict resolution programs for delivery in the regions, and a short course anger course for work sites.

Professional male counsellors (and women sometimes) provide individual counselling as well as a variety of group programs for Men.
We also provide specialised services for Men who are separated and are parenting as well as for Men who have been involved in Family Violence.
A wide variety of groups for Men and Boys are offered throughout the year according to community needs and requests.
Young Father's Program: (EIS)
'Where's the Bloody Remote'.for young and first time fathers.
Many young and first time fathers struggle to come to grips with the challenges presented by becoming a parent.
This group offers the chance to learn a little about fathering and grow in understanding and awareness.
The course is a 6 week program, each with a 2 hour session.
Men's Anger Program (MAP):(EIS)
'Find the Way with MAP'
A short 6 week course that assists men to learn more about themselves, encouraging men to discover new ways to express difficult emotions that lead to respectful, equal, safe relationships.
The course is available as a complementary program to CAB (Changing Abusive Behaviours) shortened for rural or remote areas or organisations such as schools or prisons. Sessions are for 2 hours
