Family Support Program (North) The Family Support Program aims to strengthen Families and Individuals by providing ongoing support via Home Visits (outreach) and/or groups. Referrals are only accepted via Gateway on (i.e. self or through another service) for Family Support outreach or any of the groups listed below.
A 12 month Pilot Project facilitating Triple P Positive Parenting groups in various locations throughout Southern Tasmania. Triple P is an early intervention, evidence based Positive Parenting programme that promotes good communication and strong relationships between parents and children.
