Regional Family Dispute Resolution (North West) RFDR offers mediation to separating parents to reach a Parenting Plan. Since July, 2007 all separating parents must first attempt mediation before applying to the Family Court. To increase parental alliance we also offer a Child Consultancy program. Child Consultants assess children of separating parents to assess how the child/ren are coping and act as their advocate within mediation.
