The mission of Centacare Tasmaniais to promote and advance the principles of Catholic Social Teaching through the ministry of providing appropriate social services as part of the core mission of the Catholic Church. It will achieve this mission by interacting with, governments, other welfare organisations, other churches, public institutions, business and all people of good will through development of policies and programs that enhance the inherent dignity of each person.
