C.H.I.L.D (Children & Homelessness, Intervention, Learning and Development) (State-wide) A 2-year pilot program funded through SAAP. The core focus of this program is supporting children in families who are homeless. Referrals are received only from SAAP services and each child is supported in a case management approach which provides holistic support in the family context; advocates as is relevant on the child's behalf; provides opportunities for families to increase their parenting capacity and liaises with schools, health professionals, sporting groups, community networks and family to improve child outcomes.
